§ 1.08.050. Complaint procedure.

A.

A complaint shall be filed within ten (10) days of the alleged incident.

B.

The complainant shall submit to the committee a written statement outlining the complaint and any other pertinent data that may be necessary for the committee to arrive at a full understanding of the complaint.

C.

After submission of the complaint, the committee shall reply within ten (10) days in writing to the complainant regarding the complaint.
