§ 1.08.060. Request for hearing.

A.

If the complainant is not satisfied with the committee's written reply, he or she then has ten (10) days from the date of such written reply to appeal the reply by requesting a conference with the committee.

B.

The conference shall be set as expeditiously as possible and the complainant shall receive written notice of the time and place of the conference.

C.

After the conference, the committee shall report within ten (10) days in writing to the complainant regarding their decision.
