§ 1.08.040. Appellate committee to hear complaints.

There is created an appellate committee (committee) of three, consisting of the General Manager or his/her duly appointed representative, the Assistant General Manager or his/her duly appointed representative, and the Manager of Finance or his/her duly appointed representative, whose duty it shall be to hear complaints registered by complainants, and to adjust and recommend the disposition of complaints.
