  • A complaint is a claimed misinterpretation or inequitable application of existing rules, regulations or policies of the Cucamonga Valley Water District (District). Any customer or person or entity claiming a misinterpretation or inequitable application of a rule, regulation or policy of the District may process a complaint in accordance with the procedures as set forth in this chapter.
