The following shall be the Administrative Enforcement Penalty Assessments for issuance of the following:
A.

First Notice of Violation: $100.00

B.

Second Notice of Violation: $250.00

C.

Third Notice of Violation: $500.00

D.

Compliance Time Schedule Order: $500.00

E.

Show Cause Order: $750.00

F.

Compliance Order: $1,000.00

G.

Cease and Desist Order: $1,000.00
