Plan check fees shall be paid prior to plan approval by the District.

B.

The following fees shall be paid prior to any sewer utility installation or any sewer connection being performed:

Plan Check Fees.

3.

Capital Capacity Reimbursement Fees.

Sewer System Capacity Fees.
