§ 5.08.120. Tenant improvement fees.

Plan Check Fees:

1.

Flat Rate per building/structure: One hundred two dollars ($102.00).

2.

Each separate building footprint/ structure with sewer system improvements or water system improvements shall be received by the District as a separate and distinct plan submittal and assessed accordingly.

B.

Inspection Fees:

1.

Inspection Fee per building/structure: Two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00).

2.

Each separate building footprint/ structure with sewer system improvements or water system improvements shall be received by the District as a separate and distinct plan submittal and assessed accordingly.
