§ 5.08.080. Development subdivision fees.

A.

Single-Family Dwellings.

1.

Plan Check: The greater of six dollars and seventy-five cents ($6.75) per unit or twenty cents ($0.20) per linear foot or forty-five dollars ($45.00).

2.

Inspection: The greater of eleven dollars ($11.00) per unit or fifty-nine dollars ($59.00).

B.

Apartments or Condominiums.

1.

Plan Check: The greater of three dollars and forty cents ($3.40) per unit or twenty cents ($0.20) per linear foot or forty-five dollars ($45.00).

2.

Inspection: The greater of seven dollars and thirty cents ($7.30) per unit or fifty-nine dollars ($59.00).

C.

Commercial/Industrial.

1.

Plan Check: The greater of twenty cents ($0.20) per linear foot or one hundred two dollars ($102.00).

2.

Inspection: The greater of forty-five cents ($0.45) per linear foot or two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00).

D.

Manhole and Lateral Inspection.

1.

To Property Line: Eighteen dollars ($18.00) per Installation.

E.

Sewer System Cleaning/Inspection.

1.

Cleaning/Inspection: The greater of thirty-five cents ($0.35) per linear foot or two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) minimum.

2.

Hourly Rate, Cleaning: One hundred twenty-three dollars ($123.00) per hour.

3.

TV Inspection: One hundred two dollars ($102.00) per hour.

F.

Original Plans.

1.

Original Check-Out Deposit: One hundred dollars ($100.00) per set.
