§ 5.08.070. Miscellaneous charges.

A.

Payment Refund Charge for Sewer Accounts without a District Water Service: Two dollars fifty cents ($2.50).

B.

Payment Extension Charge for Sewer Accounts without a District Water Service (limit two per customer per billing period): Five dollars ($5.00).

C.

Returned Payment for Sewer Accounts without a District Water Service: Twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

D.

Delinquent Charge for Sewer Accounts without a District Water Service shall be the greater of three dollars ($3.00) or 0.5% of the current bill.

E.

Physical disconnection or severance of sewer service. Physical termination of sewer connection shall be at cost for man hours, equipment rental, and material.
