Chapter 4.08. CHARGES, FEES AND RATES FOR WATER SERVICE* |
§ 4.08.090. Development fee payment schedule.
A.
Plan check fees shall be paid prior to District approving plans.
B.
Grading meter deposit shall be paid prior to beginning any earthwork activities.
C.
The following fees shall be paid prior to any water utility installation being performed:
1.
Inspection fees;
2.
Construction water fees;
3.
Chlorination and testing fees.
D.
The following fees shall be paid after the water system has been tested and prior to activation of water system:
1.
Water system capacity fees;
2.
Water meter fees.
