Chapter 4.08. CHARGES, FEES AND RATES FOR WATER SERVICE* |
§ 4.08.080. Development fees.
A.
Plan Check Fees
Title sheet and first plan sheet: $240.00
Each additional plan sheet: $150.00
B.
Inspection Fees. The improvement cost of a project shall be based on the engineer's cost estimate used for the surety bonds and as approved by the district: Greater of $500.00 or 2% of improvement cost
C.
Chlorine Testing (Per Test): $45.00
D.
Meter Service (Per Service). This fee shall apply to custom lots or developments where distribution lines, transmission mains, or other district facilities are not constructed or extended: $40.00
