§ 4.20.010. Definitions.

"District:" Cucamonga Valley Water District.

"Area of Service:" For the purposes of this Chapter, the area of service shall be defined as all of the Cucamonga Valley Water District.

"Customer/Person:" Any natural person, firm, or corporation.

"General Manager/CEO:" The person designated by the District to supervise the operation of the public water system and who is charged with certain duties and responsibilities by this Chapter, or his/her duly authorized representative.
