§ 4.08.060. Water system capacity fee.

The water system capacity fee shall be based on the following table and shall apply to each meter installed. Applicants that have entered the Plan Check phase of development review on or before August 30, 2013, shall have until August 29, 2014 to pay the rates as listed under "Existing Water System Capacity Fee." To enter the Plan Check phase of development, the District's Plan Check Application and the "Guidelines for New Development Plan Check Submittal." The Districts discretion regarding determination of compliance with these requirements, and the timing of such determination, shall remain in effect regardless of any expiration of any deadline, which may impact the amounts to be paid for Capacity Fees. If the applicant does not pay the Capacity Fee by August 29, 2014, the September 1, 2014 fees will apply.
