§ 3.13.010. Policy Statement.

The Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) has a significant investment in a variety capital assets, which are used to provide water, sewer, and recycled water services to customers. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the District's capital assets are acquired, safeguarded, controlled, disposed of, and accounted for in accordance with state and federal regulations, generally accepted accounting principles, internal controls, and audit requirements.
