The AGM will prepare a monthly report of investment that shall include a complete
description of the portfolio, type of investments, issuers, maturity dates, par values
and current market values of each component of the portfolio, list of transactions,
including funds managed for the District by third party contract managers. The report
will include a certification that: (1) all investment actions executed since the last
report have been made in full compliance with this Policy and (2) the report shall
include a statement denoting the ability of the District to meet its expenditure requirements
for the next six months, or provide an explanation as to why sufficient money shall,
or may, not be available.
