§ 2.20.040. Implementation.

The by-division election system shall be implemented, beginning at the next regular election of the Board of Directors, as follows:
A.

Members of the Board of Directors shall be elected in Divisions 1 and 2 beginning at the next regular election of the Board of Directors, and every four (4) years thereafter; and

B.

At the next regular election of the Board of Directors following the election of Members of the Board of Directors in Divisions 1 and 2, members of the Board of Directors shall be elected in Divisions 3, 4, and 5, and every four (4) years thereafter.
