§ 2.04.020. Limitation on days of compensation.

Pursuant to Section 20202 of the Water Code, no member of the Board of Directors shall receive compensation for any calendar month for attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors or for service rendered as a member of the Board of Directors by request of the Board of Directors in excess of ten (10) days in any calendar month.
