§ 1.08.080. Additional procedures.

The following subsections apply to all sections above:

A.

No individual member of the Board of Directors shall be approached at any time regarding a complaint that is being processed.

B.

Any time limit may be extended only by mutual written agreement of the committee and the complainant. Failure by the committee to respond within any stated time limit shall be deemed a denial of the complaint as of the date a reply or decision answer was due and the complainant may proceed with the appeal.
