§ 1.01.030. Adoption of resolutions.

A.

All resolutions adopted and enacted by the Board at any time prior to Resolution No. 2003-5-1 are hereby incorporated into the code and made an operative part thereof.

B.

All resolutions adopted and enacted by the Board at any time subsequent to Resolution No. 2003-5-1 shall be incorporated into the code and shall be made an operative part thereof.

C.

All resolutions adopted prior to Resolution No. 2003-5-1 and prior to September 24, 2002 shall be incorporated into the code in the title, chapter and section indicated in the codification. All resolutions adopted prior to Resolution No. 2003-5-1 and after September 24, 2002 shall be incorporated into the code in the title, chapter and section which District staff determines to be most appropriate in regard to the subject matter of said resolutions.

D.

All resolutions adopted subsequent to Resolution No. 2003-5-1 shall reference the particular title, chapter and section of the code which is to be added, amended, rescinded, repealed or otherwise revised as a result of said resolutions.

E.

Nothing in this section or Resolution No. 2003-5-1 shall be deemed to alter or otherwise affect the effective date, operative effect or application of any of the resolutions.
